By enrolling in the Program, you ("Member" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.1. Due to the nature of the educational content, which is continuously updated and immediately accessible upon enrollment, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Program, failure to use the membership, or termination of membership. • You authorize HJHS to charge your provided payment method for the membership fee and any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, HJHS may suspend or terminate your membership until payment is received.4. Educational Content • The Program provides access to educational materials, including but not limited to online courses, webinars, manuals, and videos. These materials are for educational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. • HJHS reserves the right to update, modify, or remove educational content at any time to reflect new information, industry standards, or other factors. Members acknowledge that the dynamic and evolving nature of the educational content is a core feature of the Program and does not entitle them to refunds or compensation. • All educational content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content without prior written permission from HJHS.5. Affiliate Program • Members may have the opportunity to participate in the HJHS Affiliate Program, which allows you to earn commissions by referring new Members to the Program. • Commissions, if any, are determined by HJHS and subject to change at our discretion. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee commissions or other financial gains. • Affiliate activities must comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to marketing and advertising regulations. You are solely responsible for any taxes or liabilities arising from affiliate earnings. • HJHS reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.6. Founders Matching and Additional Benefits • The Program may offer access to founders matching, networking events, or other benefits as determined by HJHS. These benefits are incidental to the educational purpose of the Program and are not guaranteed. • HJHS makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, quality, or outcomes of founders matching or other benefits. Participation in these activities is at your own risk. • Any gains or opportunities arising from these benefits are arbitrary and not the primary purpose of the membership purchase.7. Member Conduct • You agree to use the Program and its resources in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner. • You may not use the Program to engage in fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful activities, including but not limited to misrepresenting the Program, spamming, or violating intellectual property rights. • HJHS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Program, other Members, or HJHS.8. Disclaimer of Warranties • The Program and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. • HJHS does not warrant that the Program will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors. Any reliance on the Program’s content or benefits, including founders matching or affiliate earnings, is at your own risk.11. Limitation of Liability • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HJHS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to losses related to business opportunities, affiliate earnings, or reliance on educational content. • HJHS’s total liability to you will not exceed the amount of membership fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.12. Indemnification • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HJHS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Program, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.13.
